It is very straightforward as I would like you you to make a page template change and the links to the changes (jpg), site backup and database are included in the links given below. TASK 1. Please make sure that you incorporate any best practices so that the desktop and tablet version work (For example, using swiping finger actions, etc). HTML Best Practices Specify image dimensions Optimize all your (template) images- Most if not all should be at least below 10kb. Crop the white space using your image editor. Use PNG8 Files or GIF files rather than Jpegs and don’t use transparency (depending on how many colors you use and how large the image is, but try for yourself). Scale images: make images in the dimensions you need and not resizing them in the editor. Use image compression (you can use [login to view URL] to do it for you). Use CSS Sprites, there even are CSS Sprite Generators. Table-less designs W3C Valid HTML code (using CSS 3 and HTML 5) Avoid inline, and put code into universal style sheet Use sprites Keep in mind that this needs to operate well on tablet Flush CSS to 1 file Minify CSS and elements if needed PHP Use of basic statements and loops Calls to mysql database should be minimal (basic insert, update, like and where statements are acceptable.
