We would like to improve our bank of designers and developers so that we have a reliable work force ready for when projects come in. We are looking to oursource lots of work on both projects and maintainance so we are looking to build relationships that are reliable so contactability reliability is extremely important. You do not need to bit, just send us your work!!! What we need are professionals (no students or messers need apply) who can demonstrate work that they have completed in the past to a high level. We need php coders and web designers who are familar with open source products like Joomla, oscommerce etc. For designers, please do not show us template monster designs and claim them as your own! You must also have excellent conversational English.
