150885 Simple HTML Editing Work

Hi, I'm looking for someone who works cheap. If you ask for more than a few dollars, you won't get this and future jobs. This is simple HTML editing work with making one very simple graphic in Photoshop from an existing file. It's for this page: [login to view URL] I've attached the script and psd file. This is what I need done: 1. Remove the spaces that appear between the categories. Also, get rid of that image holder and top graphic that shouldn't be there. See attached image 1. 2. Fix the table so that the title graphic (bulletin BOARD) reaches all the way across. I've included a psd file so you can redo the graphic. I also want to get rid of the photo and "why register" and Lookstein Center membership" on the right. See image 2. 3. Rearrange the order of the dropdown box. It should be: administrative positions teaching positions professional development new educational resources calls for papers conferences fellowships programs for students other announcements And the actual categories on the list should be in that order too. 4. Next to this text (see image 3). I want you to make a navbar to the left of the text that looks like the below image with the following categories: See image 4.
