I am wanting a website built comparable to www.truecars.com. The project is different conceptually but the scope of work is similar to the features of oltiby.com. A quaote on this project will allow for me to choose a designed, submit a NDA, and then detailed documents so as an accurate proposal can be made. The key feature from [login to view URL] is the specific selection of vehicles with each selection of a specific make and model brings up specific features, colors, drive train, and packages for that particular vehicle. Also, a member registration and notification system similar to freelancer.com will be incorporated into the site. I don't want a "cheap" site but am looking for a good value (great web site + competative price + good communications to avoid problems with the site).
