New Joomla Site, Template and articles provided

I need you to take a scanned copy of this template with changes I have written on it. This seems to be the best way to communicate. 2.) I have 24 articles that we will load 3.) There may be some custom graphics work (we have images, but you may need to photoshop edit) 4.) Order should go, template, add content, customize as needed. 5.) There will be additional work after this if your work is satisfactory. 6.) Payment upon completion on your server. If need be, I can provide you with an FTP address for you to work on.
