moodle redesign-educational website

this is my website : [login to view URL] well , this is a simple project..i already installed moodle on a domain server and created a course..however the site does not look like an online university at all...the site looks terrible , so i need someone who can install an attractive flash template or anything..you are free to use free webtemplates and free php scripts online to make my site look neat.. there are no restrictions at all..and iam not in a hurry to complete this project .. here i have to stress some thing..i want only the front page and other pages of the site to be professional and attractive.. for example.. take alook at this site [login to view URL] this site uses moodle platform but no one can make it , untill they login .. i will give you few examples what an online university looks like.. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] you are also free to copy the model of the above websites..if you have any better ideas to make this site look more professional let me know.. thats it.. ps:i'm on a tight budget, so i'd appreciate if the cost of the project remains minimum.. this site is not for commercial purpose , its been built for a good cause..we dont place ads nor we charge the learners..its basically an open courseware..
