Minecraft website for users to post servers / advertise

I would like a website created for me such as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I expect this website to come at a low price. I want users to be able to upload server ips/banners/ports/descriptions/pictures and video...... I want the servers pinged every couple of minutes to see how many people are online and whether the server is online. Please look over the planetminecraft and mcsererlist websites. The more options for the user the better. Also include a stylish look for the site. (Minecraft styled) Please skype me at [login to view URL] to ask any questions and bring in proposals. I do code and can do some design for the site. The lower the price the better The site will need a login and register system of course and be as creative as possible. I would like to keep prices low (Even if it means less cool stuff). Please comment/PM on what u can add for what prices. Create a (safe) site or I will not be happy.
