Integrating new design ( frontend ) in existing website

Hi , I need to change the frontend design of a cms( own Cms,with php /mysql not joomla, smarties or similar ) , all design properties are defined in the stylesheet, so its xhtml / css work, no php/mysql coding to do, You can download jpgs screenshots of the file here : [login to view URL] You can see the design files in the zip file, as you will see, mostly of all has the same design... Pages will have fixed width and flexible height ( actual front end its like this now too and all design properties are in a clean css file ) . Header will be flash ( headers are already created in the site ) , rest of site will be xhtml / css , its not needed it validates, and tables can be used ( not necessary tableless ) But its really needed a serious and responsible person, as we are in a hurry with this work, so its needed to be serious with the deadline, please no time wasters. Choosen one will be provided with psd file, jpg screenshots, and document with guides. If i am satisfied with the chosen one, after payment of this, he may have similar works like this project. I am looking for partners to work frequently , not just this time. Thanks Regards
