HTML Template needs finishing - Start ASAP

I have a HTML page which I started to create for a client which would be the basis for the website. Due to time constraints I need the template finishing by Monday 6pm GMT. What needs to be added: - CSS Menu with drop downs for menu items (these will be given) - General Tidy up of coding - Page links added for CSS menu items - Logo linked back to home page - If possible a rotating banner above menu items (flash, javascript?) Open to suggestions for layout etc. Looking for someone who can speak with me right away (UK based design team) on Skype or similar to get the project completed. A fairly simple task for any accomplished designer. All images and material will be provided along with the current HTML page that is 25% complete. You must be able to finish the job in full by Monday 28th March 18:00 GMT - IF YOU CAN'T THEN DO NOT BID!
