From HTML/CSS prototype to Joomla

We need a fine tune adjustment on our landing page prototype to with some programming (add it to Joomla): - Signup the user (with email and facebook) - Loging (with email and facebook) - Forget password - Check if the username is already in database - Rotating Testimonial with arrows to nagivate (previous / next) - Menu links at the bottom of page to articles in the CMS - On click of Placeholder for our video, it has to replace it to the video itself, no popup - Gotta make sure that our landing page (HTML + CSS) works on major browsers (IE8+, Chrome, Safari, Firefox 10+), we built and tested on Chrome browser - Gotta detect user country, if Brazil (lands on pt_BR locale with everything in portuguese, including video URL) - If user other than Brazil, goes to english (default) language All the HTML as well as the CSS has already been created for it, so now it needs to get some dynamicity... Bit of challenge on the prototype, we've used some HTML5 and CSS3 stuff, therefore it doesn't work on IE8 and FF10, so you'd have to adjust that in DIVs if needed... Anything other than stated above is hardcoded, so there's no need to touch.
