1- Confirmation letter that goes out to signed up new customers sometimes goes out and sometimes not.,.Need to know why it is not consistant. Something may be disabled. 2- Confirmation letter that is received by signer up needs to have the link that you click on "highlighted". The link should arrive highlighted so it is easy to see and click on by new signers onto the site.
