ASAP TODAY -

I have a site half done that has to be finished ASAP. This is my 3rd posting of this job because I've had programmers flake out on me and not start the project until the last minute and miss the deadline. I need this started TODAY and finished by FRIDAY at the latest (preferably by Thursday)! ~~~ Please read the txt attachment before bidding! ~~~ It was a flat html/shtml site with some ASP that was pulled from an MS Access database that is now going to PHP with My Sql database. It is now powered by PHPBB2 Plus so I need an expert on this software! I had someone working on it but after 3 months of it not finished and me missing countless deadlines, I need someone who will finish this by NEXT week. Mostly tweaking minor things like fix wording on one of the pages, etc. It is up and running but with these errors or tweaks that need to be done, it can't go live. Attached you'll find a list of the fixes/tweaks that are needed this week as well as a summary of what this site is about and is supposed to do. Immediately after that is resolved so we can go live, I need a research database moved from MS Access to work with the current PHPBB2 database to generate a report identical to the pdf attached with data available on the fly at any time. The budget for this is low because it is for a non-profit organization but if you do a professional, efficient and speedy job at this it will almost guarantee your hiring for the other jobs I have posted here as well as recurring work in the future. I'm not trying to find the cheapest worker here, I need someone for a long-term relationship with my company, someone that I can trust to do the job and do it well. Someone who will finish work by deadline and be responsive to e-mails. I can send a lot of projects and work to the right person!
