Including: News/Jobs/Portfolios/Training Videos/Features/Forum/Books/Events/Competitions/Marketplace The Sites have been designed. We are looking for a competent programmer to deliver a finished fully working site ready for launch. The original design (see links) was for separate sites for News, Jobs etc however we propose to integrate all into one site. A detailed brief is attached together with links to images of the design. Your chosen language and framework and why you think this is best, please take note of future modules notably [login to view URL] (collaboration) (Custom PHP prefered, please advise framework) 3. Estimated time to complete (we envisage 3 - 4 months) 4. How many people to work on the project, single or team. 5. we think a custom CMS is appropriate if you feel otherwise and want to bid on that basis please advise. 6. all code is to be released to us a the end of the project.
