Spam Proof Contact Form

Please make a secure contact form that can not be used to send spam and will not allow the email address to be compromised to spam bots. Here is the site and location for the contact form. [login to view URL] There is a form on there now that does not work. I would like to either get that form working or use another that is more secure. I will include server login details of the site where the form is to be placed so that the form can be properly installed. I would like this work completed within a day of accepting the bid request.
