Data Destruction

We are looking for a custom data destruction software that we can trademark and advertise as our own when we perform data destruction services for our clients. We need this software to completely erase or destroy the data on hard drives so it can never be recovered and have the drive still be reusable. Something similar to Derek's boot and nuke except we need it to say Ocean-Tech all over it. we need it to meet the following standards. data is destroyed to standards of DoD 5220.22-M method (American Department of Defense Standard 5220-22.M) and in compliance with the following laws and regulations: · HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) · Sarbanes-Oxley Act · Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) · Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) · Patriot Act of 2002 · Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act · FDA Security Regulations (21 C.F.R. part 11) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This needs to be DOS and windows compatible it needs to be bootable from start up.
