Troubleshoot and fix two ASP mailto scripts

Urgent!! We need two simple form processing scripts fixed. They are supposed to mail form results to an email address, but for some reason they don't work. The forms also have validation of the fields, we need this removed (form contents should be able to be sent even if mostly empty). If you absolutely can't get the scripts to work, then you will need to replace with another suitable ASP form to email script.
