Banner Advertisement

Our company is a Asset Based Financial Advisory Corporation. I am seeking a “Banner Ad?? that our company will own all rights and or copyrights to, as well as, being a complete and fully-functional working advertisement that will be able to work on multiple sites. Complete source codes of all work done is to be provided as applicable and said advertisement will not be used for marketing or the personal portfolio of the coder unless other wise allowed by Ervin Financial Solutions, Inc. in writing. This banner ad must be in ready-to-run condition with a basic outline on how it works and how to upload to a site which is to include any software or installation package as required to operate properly or the most common formats to sustain optimal performance on hosts site. The banner is to be made to the specifications of 120 X 310 in color format. It must be highly professional in appearance with verbiage to be provided to the selected bidder. We need to have a click link back to our website that is user friendly, we would like to have some form of graphics either in pictures, “fly-in?? effects, or other suggestions brought forth by the coder. We also expect the right to discuss, review, and revision the advertisement until all involved parties agree to the final product. Coder must provide resume and examples of past work. Any experience in designing or creating advertisements for Financial Advisory Firms is highly preferred, honest feedback and creativity is a must. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Window XP for our company and all common formats are preferred.
