PHP/website changes

Need a good PHP programmer to carry out a number of small profects. This is the first of several. During this one i would like the forums, news, events and blog section modified slightly and an IM script installed (which i have). The modification would be to make it so that i can add/delete catagories to the pages (e.g. health) and then link a particular story to it so it shows the number under that catagory (e.g. Health (3). On the blog, events and news pages the catagories i have defined should show in a vertical list like structure and the user should be able to select a catagory and see only the associated stories (similar to [login to view URL] which lists news stories). I need to be able to add/link catagories and link story titles via a my admin section and then this automatically update on the website pages themselves. There is currently an admin section in place which makes things easy for a non-programmer to alter text etc and so you would need to add to this. Once this project has been successfully completed I would like to move on to others as soon as possible. I need a programmer that is fast and reliable - and contactable when i need it. I would like this work to start this weekend if possible.
