Mass stock update (for combinations) for prestashop 1.5 (latest version)

I need a module for prestashop 1.5 (latest version) which is updating the stock of my products, even the combinations. there is the prestashop which is having just a part of the products from the "icg" which is the software for the cashdesk in my shop (is using just ms sql), for example, icg is having about 5000 articles and prestashop is having about 1000 articles available. icg is having reference numbers like this: article1_color1 which is exactly the referencenumber of icg of one article, combination are then for example shoe sizes, ie. "43" ... this is the combination within prestashop and also icg concrete example: shoe1_blue is icg-reference, is having sizes of 40, 41, 42, 43 ... lets say 2 items each, in prestashop there is the product shoe1_blue availbe shoe1_blue is a product within prestashop which is having combinations of sizes of 40, 41, 42, 43 ... each combination is having its own stock ... so each of the products of prestashop should be taken now to check the stock from the other database (or csv, xml, ... file)... if there is now the product available, the quantity should be updated within prestashop (never in the other direction) AND if there are combinations available they should be created also (the idea is to just create products in prestashop and the combinations will then be added and updated automatically), if the product is not available (which can happen because of miswriting of the reference number or whatever) then there should be a logfile or even better an email which includes the referencenumbers which are not having a product with the similar referencenumber in the other database... as prestashop is being hosted outside and icg inside, maybe the way is to generate a csv file which can be uploaded to prestashops directory and being used for the stock update
