Scrape Data from Multiple Location, Insert into mySQL, Display on webpage

I need data scrapped from multiple URL's/Website's/XML's and have the data inserted into mySQL database. The data scrapped will then need to be displayed on a plain data webpage. It illustrates how data should be displayed and each section refers to a .txt file that contains the URL to scrape and what data needs to be scraped. There are 12 sections in this project. My old, similar site. It uses outdated php & mysql. [login to view URL] New site will run on PHP v 5.3 & Mysql 5.0. Only personal bids will be read. Copy & pasted bids will be ignored. This project has a deadline of 1 week, a bid will be awarded within 48 hours. Milestone payments will be released as each section of the project is complete. Bonus will be awarded for good communication and completing project before deadline.
