We would like a module developed that will give Moodle the ability to create report cards and transcripts for our students. Currently the Moodle gradebook allows students and teachers to see their progress in a particular class. The report card feature should be able to show and print out customized, mass report cards to show progress in current classes. The transcript feature should show the grades and dates for all the classes the students have taken since their enrollment in our Moodle school. We are in a serious rush for this software and we need an experience programmer to do this for us quickly. This will be integrated with a Moodle site with over 3,000 students. Experience with Moodle is necessary for this project. Please do not bid if you can not complete this quickly. We are currently using Moodle 1.9 but will be upgrading to 2.0 within the next few days. The budget selected is a placeholder. Place your best bid.

I am a romanian developer with 5 years experience in php and 2 year working with moodle. I am the technical reference in Moodle for two major companies : one italian (form top 100 companies in the world) and one american I am a code contributor for at least two Moodle modules ( feedback and facetoface ) one of them ( feedback ) will be included in the core of the Moodle 2.0 I took part in a team of two persons which handled the entire process of Moodle instalations of the companies i wrote above, starting from server handling, Ldap auth, template and design implementation, writing additional code and modules, generating extra reports with BIRT, red5 integration with moodle... Now i am closing to the end of one moodle project which is quite similar to yours (the functionallity is ready, I am working on design part now ) with a lot of overall report cards, export and e-mail options.
