I have this Excel spreadsheet in which I type in any new employee with net salary and position + position type and I have in another sheet all the calculation made for the different taxes, cotisations, and in another sheet the total of how much we actually pay for each employee (based also on position type). Now the company wants to move from using Excel to using a web app that is all dynamic (no page loads) and that works in mobile to replace the current Excel Spreadsheet. The web app also needs to have different users and different user-levels. Please only bid if you are good with JavaScript and PHP.
