Optimize Oscommerce Site

I checked my general site optimization using this site: [login to view URL] and got a "C" grade. I have heard from others that my site is rather slow, this confirms it. Apparently my site pages are too large (52.71 kb), it is uncompressed HTML and Java, not enough off page CSS, too many image files, and some other issues casuing slower than average page loads and some non optimized SEO (Meta). I am looking to greatly speed up my page load, optimize my SEO so Google will love me (more), and overall score an "A". Candidate must be very good with OSC, PHP, Java, compression, and overall optimization for page loads and Google, Bing, Yahoo SE optimization.
