I am looking for someone to customize a wordpress,or JomSocial/joomla ( maybe you can use a theme called dugg plazza that make joomla looks like digg) cms or any other good cms for me to be used in a Persian/Farsi website. It has to be RTL, have different categories, be able to have support for video/Picture, comments, user sign up/profile, maybe under user profile have their blog. The idea is for users to sign in send links, news, or their idea and let the other users to comment and reply to comments, Have section to show most popular comments, links, pictures, video and so on.
