Fix the PHP Problems with my Penny Auction Script

I have a customized penny auction script that has a few problems. I noticed when a user goes to purchase bids and then cancels the transaction, the bids still go to the user. I need that fixed. Also, the 5 payment modules that are setup don't seem to show up on the website when they are activated in the admin controls. I only see Paypal. If you could just make Paypal and Google Checkout available, that would be good. Plus, the BID NOW button only appears on the front page. When someone clicks on the item to view more details, the new page doesn't display a Bid Now button and the Bid Credits always show 0. I need these errors fixed. I don't think they would be too hard to fix for an experienced programmer. This penny auction script was written in a way that makes everything easy to find. Each function of the website has its own PHP file, like purchasing bids is at "[login to view URL]" and FAQ page is "faq.php." So, I hope to get someone experienced that can find these problems fast and fix them.
