Chrome / Mac Bookmarks Extensions

I'd like to get a simple Bookmark sync app developed, almost a clone of Xmarks ([login to view URL]). The first stage of this process is outlined below, if it works out I'll look at expanding it, but for now please read below and let me know your thoughts. (THIS IS ALL ON OSX) 1. A Chrome Extension that automatically syncs bookmarks with a server system, based on a username (email) and optional password. User enters an existing email and password, or has the option to create a new one. It should sync each time changes are made to the bookmarks. 2. A app/extension for Safari 5. It doesn't need to be an official extension, but I'd like it to sync Chrome's bookmarks with Safari automatically. Safari shouldn't need to be open, the user shouldn't even need to think about it. Like the Chrome extension, user should be able to connect to their account or create a new one. Changes made to Safari bookmarks should automatically be synced back to Chrome when Chrome is running. That's all for now! I want it to be as invisible, care-free as possible. The ultimate aim is that once your Safari bookmarks are in sync, they sync with your iPhone/iPad etc through MobileMe or iTunes. Xmarks does all of this, but it's unreliable, clumsy and makes all these duplicates, new folders and whatnot. Please let me know your thoughts on how to best do this, and the cost. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Latest Beta build of Chrome for MAC Safari 5
