Upgrade my PHP chat site

I need a very competant PHP coder to add some new features to my PHP chat site 1)a panelbar added,the size will need altering (code will be supplied) 2)a friends list where members can add a certain number of friends determined by nickname colour ..... different nick name colour can add a certain amount of friends 3)members can upload a picture to there profile this picture will be small untill they click on it and then it will go full size 4)colours changed for the chat site(a different blue and the chat box white) a file is attached which contains how i want the chat site to look
