Classified Ad Maker

Need a online classified ad maker, I prefer it to work inside of wordpress buy can be standalone if necessary. I need it to be cross between [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I DO NOT need the ability for users to upload images only to define the path of their image. So the user would need to input Ad Headline Path to image - this needs to be linked to url so it is clickable in the ad. Website url and ad copy - in this box i would like to have a tiny mce setup similar to [login to view URL] then they should hit "Create Your New Ad" very similar to [login to view URL] and presented with the raw code to be posted with a select code button.
