BPP - Wordpress Login Update and contact form

Hello, This client here: [login to view URL] needs 3 things and they are. 1. the right side panel has an ugly contact form. I need someone to align it propoerly and make it look nicer for viewers 2. cleint needs a login area for his customers to view SAMPLE PROOFS of business cards designs 3. should be able to login and upoad sample images and have paypal payment options.
