Pligg registration and posting program (1013046)

The program I am looking for must have the following options. Automatic registration to pligg sites from a list of domains using the pligg script (to include captcha bypass) Automatic news submissions to multiple pligg sites. Must include the ability to have multiple news submissions from multiple sites in a que. Allow the import of multiple news submissions to the que from a CSV file. Automatic "Pinging" of the URL's of news submissions to [login to view URL] Example news submission on a pligg powered site [login to view URL] If you have any questions please ask.
