We provide a wireless broadband service were we would like to create an Affiliate Program for our agents. Our agents will receive a commission for each new signup they generate. When a customer wants to signup to our service, they will need to enter an agent code. This code tracks who the commission is paid to. It will be up to the agent to promote our service by handing out brochures that displays their code. For an agent to receive this code, they will first need to register online and wait for approval by us. Agents register online and an agent code is assigned. Details are entered and a password is selected. On completion of registration, a hardcopy needs to be printed out which is signed by the manager and is then sent to our office. Once form is received and approved, registration is activated. Agents can now login using their agent code and password. Agents can view and print a pfd brochure which automatically displays the agent code. They can also view their commissions from all the customers that have signed up to our service using their agent code. A full record is displayed including when commission was paid. Commissions are to be recorded one month after a customer signs up. Customers have a 1 month trial and if they decided not to go ahead with it, no commission is paid to the agent. hope this makes sense.
