OSCommerce Website Optimization - www.MrTees.com

Hi, The goal of this project is to optimize my site in the front end and back end in order to improve loading time significantly. My website is www.MrTees.com. It is also not loading properly on the front end. When accessing the site, it loads from right to left. You will see what I mean when you access it. I currently have about 400+ products. This number will continue to grow to potentially 500 - 1000 over the next year. Each product has 7 styles with accompanying images, sizes and colors, which I believe is part of the reason the site is slow. You will see what I mean when you click on an image. It is running on OScommerce. The project winner will need optimize the home page to load faster without any noticeable degradation in the quality of the current images. All modifications will have to be done and tested in a beta environment before going live. The load time will be benchmarked before and after optimization to measure the improved speed. Only OSCommerce and PHP experts should bid. I would also like to see specific examples of similar projects. Key requirements for vendor: 1. Communication 2. Quality of work 3.
