113461 Website to be Cloned

Hello I have scripts given by Clip Share http://www.clip-share.com. Now what I want is that you to make a clone of this site [login to view URL] using the files given by ClipShare. In short I need a clone of http://www.dailymotion.com. I am not technical person so I may not be able to tell you which file the clip share has given. All I have is a [login to view URL] and in that ZIP file there are approx 600 PHP files. From my side I would give you ZIP file which was given to me by clip share and the images for the site. All you have to do is to make a clone of dailymotion.com.
