I have 40 versions of 1 mysql table - backups taken at different times. I need all of these to be merged into 1 table. The rule is that if a newer row exists (one that has the same unique rowId as this current row, and with a dateCreated that is newer than this current row) then do nothing otherwise add the row to the table.
I have experience working with PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and integrating it all into a site.
