Looking for PHP developer [Expert possibly]

Hello this is simple PHP script project.. i need this done in 3 days max!!! It involve normal php and mysql based web app which must work over wamp.. these are further requirements: 1. allow user register/login Application (submit option) 2. store data in Database 3. Update chart (like where user can view stats of other user quiz results, poll results, like facebook wall but will be visible to everyone after login) 4. scroll previous question (users can view previous questions attempted) 5. more than 1 select submission(multiple) 6. duplicate submission ( only allow max. 2/ take the lastest if user submit 3 only take the 2nd) 7. quiz - 2 time max a user 8. each user can poll only 1 time.. on each poll question. Bid only if you can do it.. :) What i assume is frameworks like codeigniter, yii or similar will ease your work.. so rest you take care.
