My addition multiplayer webapp needs to be modified

I have a multiplayer addition webapp linked to membership mysql db. Any member logged in can play alone or with [login to view URL] Addition operations will be visible to all users. Currently it has only one level active. ***I want all levels to be active so that a member can press a button to choose a level and play. It should allow 5X10=50 games . on completion, certificate should be made available. *** it has a few drawbacks, when a game finishes, one cannot play again until a few button clicks are made. These button clicks are necessary to bring new math operations. Otherwise, same old operations will be presented.
