I have a MYSQL database with around 100 000 users with age and sex ; I have the result of a test and want to predict result for the remaining 5 millions users. I want to do a binomial regression and looking for someone that could write a small script in R (open-source statistics tool). As input, I provide a CSV file with the id of the user, their age, their sex, and the result of the test (0 or 1). If you can use as an input directly the MySQL database it would be better. I have a second project similar to this one with 50 millions records and using polynomial regression ; don't know if you can do as well.

This job is easy to do. I am good with R, for the first one i could use general linear model to build the model, then predict for the rest, and for Mysql,i know which package i should use for mysql connection. Please check the PM.

Hello. I am a PhD degreed statistician with > 10 years of statistical programming experience. I could do the first regression very quickly in R, and R has a package that allows you to connect directly to MySQL. The larger dataset may require special handling but should be doable in R. My \\\"plan B\\\" for this would be to do it in SAS, which I know can handle that many records easily. I\\\'ll attach my CV for your reference. I look forward to learning more about your project.
