Video Sharing Script Like YouTube

This is an initial trial for ongoing projects that I need done. If you prove yourself on this one there WILL be others that I need done soon. I need a custom YouTube script not the five and dime one that everyone and their brother is selling from the Big Clone Collection (popscript). The follow requirements MUST BE MET: --------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- Ability to run on UNIX Coded using all or any of the following - Flash, PHP MySql and AJAX in any combination needed You Coded it. If you didn’t Code or you don’t own full rights to it I don’t want it. Convert all major media types asf .mpg .mpeg .avi .wmv .mp4 .mpe .mov to .flv As few plugins as possible. I realize that you need to use something to convert the files to FLV. I would prefer it to be something that does not require Server root access if possible. Thumbnail creation if possible otherwise ability to upload a thumbnail photo at the time or video upload. Ability to ad any custom watermark during conversion Script must have an easy to use installer for my clients to be able to install on their server. The usual features of video sharing scripts such as video rating, last added, video groups and so on ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE TIME LINE IS 7 to 14 DAYS. IF YOU CAN NOT MEET THIS DEADLINE PLEASE DO NOT BID. This script needs to be fully licensed to me for resale and/or to do whatever I want with it and all pages must be 100% unencrypted and contain no backdoors or the like.
