I have a web site I would like re-vamped at: [login to view URL]
and to be working similar to the web site at: www.thebestof.co.uk.
There is several problems on the site as it is just now, I want to simplify things, so that each city has its own search facility, within the area the surfer is looking.
The site is a main site with folders containing sites for each city/town, each of the cities link to the main directory which is done in PHP and MySQL.
The problem I see with the site is, the design needs tidied up for starters, then the links between city and directory need to be confined to the city. (Example: if you are in the Bournemouth city and search for a plumber, you find one in Glasgow or somewhere else.) I need each town/city to search for companies in that area, and not from outwith it.
Another problem is in the search on the right of the cities pages, if you do a search for anything, it brings up what you are looking for, but in the description of each search result, there is info on the listings which are on the left side of each page instead of the actual search info.
If you look at [[login to view URL]][1], I would like the site to work similar to that one, a clone of that site with changes to logo, colours etc. would be acceptable.
If you need any more info let me know.
