Create Moodle-based Online Training Site

Our company needs a coder with Moodle experience to create a Moodle-based online training website. The new website will include the two online courses we sell today from our Windows-based and hosted website, and integrate those two courses into a Moodle system that will run efficiently on Linux (CENT OS-5, Apache 2.2 server). The new Moodle system should provide basic functions such as: learner self-registration, course administration and management, learner tracking, and PDF certificate generation upon course completion. We have a separate e-commerce website where course licenses are sold, so the new Moodle site must be able to receive registrant information from our online store and auto-populate the right fields for automatic user registration. Current course website may be viewed at: www.MyHIPAAtraining.com. We have only two courses online today, and may add a few more in the future, so only a basic Moodle system is needed.
