Debate Script (Joomla Integration or Creation)

I am building a sports social networking site using Joomla 1.5 and one of the key features of the site is an online debate. What I'm looking for is a near replica of the 'throwdowns' on www.fannation.com. I need this to be out of the box ready to integrate into my joomla site. 1. Two person debates with 3 arguments each and a maximum of 1800 characters per argument 2. User may challenge another user specifically or leave it open for anyone to accept 3. Voting may take place any time after both sides have completed their first arguments. Each user of the site may vote only 1 time, but may change their vote. 4. User profiles to display win/loss records in debates 5. Arguments must be made within 24 hours or is forfeited 6. Voting ends 24 hours after last argument is made 7. Need to be able to display 'leaderboard' type information based on users win/loss record Basically if you see it on [login to view URL] throwdowns, that's what I need integrated into a joomla site with jomsocial profiles. I would also like to be able to integrate alpha userpoints into the system in some manner. Website is being built on a low budget. May be able to include a % of revenue in addition to fixed price.
