Hello,
EITHER I want somebody to create an interface between Wufoo (my form system) and my Heap CRM AND explain a bit about the logic (so I can edit it in the future)
OR
I want somebody to create me a few web-to-lead forms that interface perfectly with Heap CRM AND explain a bit about the logic (so I can edit it in the future)
## Deliverables
Please look at these pages:
My two forms on my site: [login to view URL]
The system I use for my forms is: [login to view URL]
Their API is: [login to view URL]
The system I want to use for my CRM is heap, their address is: [login to view URL]
Their API can be viewed at: [login to view URL]
I don't mind scrapping Wufoo, I think it may be easier. What I really want is for my forms to work properly with Heap CRM. The forms must record:
Name
Email
Mobile
Home Number
Type of Clothing desired
Number of items
Description
!IMPORTANT! - There MUST be an upload box for images as we have to see artwork in order to provide quotes.
And other variables.
I must then manage all that information and put it into the right categories as the form is submitted to Heap's CRM
Here are the emails I've had with Heap's Team:
Yes, specifically you should create the lead as seen in the file, then create a message (which is very similar) with a file and associate it to the lead you just created.
The API is designed to be very simple to do common tasks, so this really shouldn't take them very long.
Thanks!

Hi Ben,
Thanks again for your reply - although I am not a proficient coder I can see
roughly where someone might start with that.
Basically I want to create a form exactly like the one on our site:
[login to view URL] so that it drops all the
information directly into heap CRM - including an uploaded image. Is this
doable?
Many thanks,
Richard

Hi Richard -
What are you trying to do? I think you can integrate your website with a
form directly into Heap. You could do a cross integration thing with Wufoo,
but that would be harder then just integrating the form. Attached is an
example of file that creates a lead with heap's api.

Hi Ben,
Do you know of any coders who would be interested in integrating the
wufoo and heap APIs for us?

Hi there,
My name's Richard and I'm the owner of [login to view URL], a
customised-clothing company. I really like the look of your system. One
question though: will you be including web--to-lead forms with upload boxes
(we need to see images in order to quote etc) soon?
Check out wufoo - if you guys could cross-promote and interlink your
products that would be simply incredible.
Richard

Richard
