The application will include this features: 1. GENERAL Frontend: Where visitors will see the properties approved by the administrator. It has to have the SEARCH feature, filtered by location(zone), size, number of rooms, and maybe two more options. Lists of properties will thumbnails will be the result. Will display images of the properties (up to 5, uploaded by realtors), and property information when clicked. 2. ADMIN Backend: An Administrator will be able to: - Add a new realtor - Upload themes - Create Properties - Approve properties created by realtors to be published in GENERAL frontend. 3. Custom BACKEND for each Realtor created by admin. Realtors, when given their own subdomain by the administrator will be able to access this backend. The first time they login they will need to setup the site: Theme (the list is defined by admin), and logo. After this, will be able to create properties and select those that he or she wants to publish in the GENERAL FRONTEND. All of Realtor's properties will be published in the CUSTOM FRONTEND. Realtor will be able to: - Add a property - Delete a Property - Select a property to be published in GENERAL FRONTEND - Update contact information 4. CUSTOM FRONTEND Users will be able to visit Realtor's website by their subdomain. This frontend will show the properties that Realtor wants to publish. User will have a link on each property to contact the realtor by a contact form. Realtor contact information won't be shown. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
