PHP Script CLONE

SCRIPT #1 - CLONE =================== This is a scraper script that I want to clone. It has several additions I want so the final result will be much much different from the original. For the required features I can almost provide all the work ready from other similar scripts that you can modify or use as a reference to speed things up... and put cost down... ;-) SCRIPT #2 - PROXY GRABBER ========================== The second script I want you to create is a stand alone script that will connect daily at random time each day to collect Open proxies and save them in my own domain server database so then the ***SCRIPT #1 - CLONE*** will connect to my domain to SCRIPT #2 to get these proxies automatically (proxy list auto update daily) in random time once per day but not the same time every day so not all my customers connect the same time to update their proxy database and cause my server to run slow. This script will be compined with a PayPal membership script I have... PLEASE read the INCLUDED FILE FOR MORE INFO on the whole project.... ## Deliverables Parameters: 1. Script must be in PHP 5 and use MySQL (it must run also in PHP 4 servers without giving any bugs or errors). 2. Must run in both Linux and Windows Servers. 3. Must be able to acquire data from other servers and sites using server's IP and Proxies. (first try to use proxies and if no proxy works to then use the server's IP.)read included file attachment - I explain more. 4. Must use a .php file that will have all messages that interacts with the user, in it (in English) then I will translate those messages in other languages so the script can be transformed to multi language(I will translate the messages in this file from English to other languages). 5. It must be modular. Must be able to add later other scripts and the control panel must Be able to recognize them and use them as plugins.(same way as the WordPress Blog does with the wp-plug ins) 6. At each field that a user will have to input data, there must be a "[?]" and a "[Video small image]" so that I can add help files and videos at each step to help users at each script setting on the fly. (I will use [login to view URL] to call external .html pages in Ajax for that - script modallbox included) You just add a [?] and a [Video image] links with [login to view URL] at each field (form field) and I will create the help html pages and videos later. 7. Script must be secure and tested for MySQL injection vulnerabilities. 8. Must be EXTREMELLY EASY to install so even a starter can run the installer without problem. Installation and usage must be AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. 9. Script must work for the latest PHPBB 3.x and the latest WordPress Blog 2.6 - 2.7 and later 10. Script must not put a HIGH LOAD on servers in case customer uses a shared hosting.
