PHP programmer two weeks, hosting script changes

Dear programmer, we are looking for a PHP programmer very well experienced in portals, multilingual applications and ecommerce solutions, not less than 5 years. You must used to work with PHP frameworks and template systems (smarty, xtemplate, ...), third party APIs (amazom, paypal, enom, ...). If you already have experience integrating AJAX its an important plus for us, not less than 3 years. This is a testing project. We purchased a hosting script and need to implement some changes: - Analize and document hosting order processes(estim. 6h) - Localize all strings in a single file and implement some solution to switch language (estim. 6h) - To the products/hosting/domains table add field "website" to allow use hosting order process from several websites, displaying only related products. Modify needed scripts (estim. 3 h) - Add language field to user table and required places to allow communicate with the customer in the right language (estim. 2 h) - Change email sending process to send any notice (welcome emails, invoices, ...) in the right language (3 h) - Replace the domain checking and ordering system to integrate with Enom API and setup domains from the admin side with one click (20 h) - Allow created/suspend/delete accounts via WHM/Cpanel. Modify database and admin to allow define wich products are Cpanel related (6 h) - Integrate credit card payment method (6h) - Integrate another payment method, not external processes involved only get customer bank details and store in database(3h) - Integrate order process and setup products for different 4 websites (8h) - Testing (8h) Total time estimated, including some deviation ~80-90h After study the project we will decide together where and how to integrate some AJAX processes. You must work online I think the scripts couldn't be installed in different places, only works from the registered domain. We will pay no more than $250 for this job, this is the money you must bid for. If you finish the job in less than two weeks will pay double, if you bid for $200, would pay $400. We'll pay thru Paypal or GAF only when project is finished and installed. We will keep full ownership over all changes.
