Photo Glitter Maker

HI I am looking for a php script or flash to enable visitors to upload their photo's then add Glitter to them, the finished photo will then be an animated glitter version of their original version but with our URL stamped in the final image at the bottom, also we need to be able to edit the url to use on several of our sites.
