27937 Escrow service script

Hi - I need a script that does handles escrow payments between my site users - like the way scriptlance does (deposit money, assign it to a username, and complete payment, etc... - only seller has right to cancel). It should be integrated with Paypal & 1 or 2 other payment systems. the final deliverable script should be for all relevent pages to make it work with my user database. NOTE: By starting and completing this project all deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I the buyer will receive exclusive and complete worldwide copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by me the buyer.)You also agree to full confidentiality for this and any further work.
