Custom Video Player(repost)

Looking to have a video player created. Should work with IE, FF, Google Chrome, Safari HTML 5 (IPhone, IPad, Droid) Support RTMP Streaming (Amazon CloudFront S3) Should be able to adjust/disable controls Video Player API - Callback functions/triggers (be notified when): loading loaded playing stopped finished cuepoints based off of milliseconds Video Player Programming: * Experience with video players, video formats and encoding practice * Experience with Amazon S3 and Amazon Cloudfront streaming distributions Player Specs: * Needs to work in the following browsers: IE, FF, Safari, Google Chrome * Needs to work on mobile devices like the iPhone and iPad (HTML5 Video) * Needs to support buffering * Needs to support RTMP streaming (looking to have the video player work with Amazon S3 and Cloudfront streaming distribution) * Toggle full screen on and off * Needs to have a JavaScript API (support for the jQuery language) with the following features: o Callbacks/Triggers + Loading + Starting + Paused + Stopped + Finished o Need the ability to setup cuepoints o Control video player controls
