Modifications to a wordpress website

i already have a wordpress website and i need the following additions to my website in good budget: 1. an order system for my design services( this is a responsive form that will auto-load our prices based on any chosen design category by user i.e. user will choose a design(logo,business card, etc),>> then will see the price plans of that specific category,after choosing his price plan>> he'll fill a form to describe the features of the design he wants(i will provide the form fields)>> he'll make payment • Create registration & log in page/form for new customers and designers • Send different auto responder emails to every new sign up customers and to designers. • Admin will have access to the data (name, email etc.) used to sign up for customers & designers. • Admin will be able to view each customer transaction history. • Add payment gateway ([login to view URL]) • Add discount coupons for which we can set expiry dates and amounts to be discounted • Create pricing page. This pricing page can contain only one design category price, user will have to select another category to view its pricing. I will attach the design categories and their respective pricing plans • Add the logos of the different payment cards we accept to the footer: MasterCard, visa, Verve with this inscription on top of them; ”Payments Accepted” - new customers will register after inputting payment/card details while already registered buyers/our repeat buyers will log in to complete their purchase
