Fix/Enable MapSVG Plugin on Circles Wordpress Template

Find reason why Map SVG ([login to view URL]) Plugin is not working on my Wordpress Responsive Theme Circles site ([login to view URL]). Fix/enable issue so the map will display. The map works on other sites, so it seems to be a theme error. Please SEND A MESSAGE with what you think the issue is/your proposed solution from looking at the Page Source code ([login to view URL]). I will not award the project without talking to someone directly. I have already paid a Freelancer who was unable to fix the issue for his time and do not want to pay with no solution again.
